Want to fill your freezer with some of the tastiest beef around? We are excited to offer you bulk orders of our beef in Half, Quarter and Eighth shares. We are taking preorders now.

Decide which Beef Bundle best fits your family, whether it’s 1/8 beef bundle or a half steer. Check out online and pay the 10% deposit to reserve your bundle.
Finalize your Purchase
We will reach out soon to finalize your cut sheet. (For example, how thick steaks are cut, type of steaks, different cuts of roast, brisket, beef ribs, fajita meat, tenderized beef cutlets, lean or non-lean hamburger meat.) We will reach out two weeks before your share is ready to collect final payment.

Half Beef Bundle
This bundle gets you a full side of beef. Your side can be cut to your specifications, but the cuts listed below are representative of what is generally included in the approximate 240 lbs of beef. It will fit inside a large chest freezer or small upright freezer (about 10 cubic feet).
Quarter Beef Bundle
This quarter bundle gets you a half side of beef. The cuts listed below are representative of what is generally included in the approximate 125 lbs of beef. It will fit inside a small chest freezer (about 5 cubic feet).
Eighth Beef Bundle
This bundle is a starting point for those interested in sampling a large variety of our cuts, but without the commitment (or freezer space) required for a Half or Whole cow. Included is about 50 lbs of beef. The Eighth Beef Bundle is about 2 boxes. It will fit in a normal-sized freezer or very small chest freezer.
